For the first few months of the 2013 training will most likely be carried out in cold, and sometimes wet weather. Where possible can all athletes try to keep themselves as wind and waterproof as possible. That means hat and gloves and a light water/windproof running jacket. If you have them, also wear leggings/skins/tights.
Try to arrive on time for training so you don’t miss your warm-up. If you arrive early either stay in your parent’s car until one of the coaches arrives, or keep on the move at the track by doing a few warm-ups.
